Membership Sites VS MLM
To be honest with you MLM sucks really bad. And I'll tell you why.
Cold calling: Man, do I hate calling strangers. Seriously, who wants to talk to someone who is not even interested in your service or product. If you like cold calling, go work at a telemarketing company. Let people yell at you all day long. I don't know about you but I have joined so many MLM companies and that is what I do. Cold calling. It's a bad idea.
Duplicable systems: Your sponsor will always tell you to list 100 friends and start from there. Now if you have 100 friends or more, that's awesome, but how many of them will most likely to laugh at your proposal? I'd say 99% of them. Forget manipulating your friends and families, you'll just be embarrassing yourself and your family. A duplicable system is one of the keys to succeed at any sponsoring business. If they have great system and looks profitable, dig deeper and do your research. Don't jump on any new business opportunity until you are satisfied with your research. Take your time.
Timing: Your sponsor will say, if you join now you'll be so lucky because you are on top of my matrix or compensation plan. Now sometimes it's true, but for the unfortunate ones like myself, I was left behind. Not because you are lazy or where you're from, but your sponsor will most likely to leave you on your own after you keep calling him and writing him that it's not working for you. Your sponsor will be fed up because he wants to spend time building his/her business and not babysit you.
Compensation Plan: Last but not least, show me the money. There are wonderful programs out that'll blow you away on how much you'll make on a single sale or recruit. The number one problem is their Startup costs. How in the world did I get suck into maxing out my credit cards? I guess I saw the light at the end of the tunnel even before I swipe those credit cards. I was dreaming about driving a brand new BMW M3, a nice 5 bedroom house, big 50-60 inch screen TVs everywhere, and maybe a Bentley someday. Forget using other people's money or your credit cards, you'll be screwing yourself over.
What about Membership Sites? It's survival of the fittest out here, so you
either get left behind or you lead the pack. The question you ask yourself is
where do I fit in. what are my strengths, my skill level, my motivation...etc,
but if you have a team of leaders to show you, then you are likely to succeed.
That is why I pick joining a Membership Site over MLM. I'll tell you why on
